As the “Day the Kids Return” rapidly approaches, I have found myself searching for new and exciting assignments to engage my students. I found this website on wikis (http://www.teachersfirst.com/content/wiki/). It was extremely helpful by explaining many aspects of wikis. Creating a wiki is part of the middle school Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, or TEKS for technology applications. I can’t wait to dive deeper into the wiki world. I think the kids will enjoy it!
